With more than 20 years of experience on high-profile construction projects throughout the Tri-State region, Naresh Mohan brings a rare blend of technical skill and project leadership to every job. He has led survey operations for major transportation tunnels, bridges, rail infrastructure, and high-rise buildings, working closely with some of the most recognized names in the construction industry.

Naresh’s background includes field and office management roles, where he has overseen layout and control for large-scale urban construction, managed field crews and QA/QC processes, and implemented new survey technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.

His specialties include:

• Boundary and topographic surveys
• High-density urban site control
• UAV mapping and 3D laser scanning
• Integration of survey data with engineering and architectural workflows

Sasha Bhadur Director of Operations – Allstate Mapping & Layout

As Director of Operations, Sasha oversees the company’s workflow, client coordination, scheduling, technology integration, and quality control. Sasha ensures every project—from residential surveys to large-scale construction layout—moves efficiently through each phase, maintaining accuracy, organization, and clear communication.
With a strong focus on operational strategy and client experience, Sasha bridges field operations, office management, and survey production to maintain Allstate’s high standards of service.

Michael H. Saperstein, PLS Licensed Land Surveyor – State of New Jersey

Michael Saperstein brings 30+ years of surveying experience, specializing in ALTA/ACSM surveys, title surveys, metes & bounds descriptions, construction layout, and quality control. His technical expertise and meticulous standards strengthen the accuracy of every project he oversees.

Raymond P. Feldman, PLS Licensed Land Surveyor –State of Pennsylvania & New York

Raymond Feldman is a veteran Professional Land Surveyor with extensive experience in boundary surveys, construction layout, ALTA/ACSM surveys, 3D laser scanning, and public agency projects. His leadership and technical skill help deliver reliable, professional results across complex jobs.
